Joni's journey in the beauty industry has been diverse, ranging from working behind the chair to teaching in a cosmetology college for a decade. Alongside her husband, she currently owns and operates 21 Cost Cutters Family Hair Care salons, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the field. Not content with just one profession, Joni is also a licensed Realtor, adding another layer to her already impressive repertoire.

A proud mother to a successful daughter, Joni's family-oriented mindset extends to her business ventures. Her love for crafting candles in her kitchen for loved ones sparked the decision to diversify their portfolio with Sea Love. This new endeavor perfectly aligns with Joni's fascination with the ocean and the New England region, allowing her to bring a slice of coastal charm to the heart of Iowa.
